This sauna requires a 220–240V dedicated electrical circuit. Connection must be hardwired by a licensed electrician — it does not plug into a standard household outlet. Place on a level, stable surface outdoors; a concrete pad, gravel base, or purpose-built deck platform is recommended. Verify local building and electrical permit requirements before installation.

Standard shipping is free on most Continental U.S. orders. Orders typically arrive within 3–9 business days (1–2 business days processing, 2–7 business days transit). Tracking is provided by email after dispatch. We ship within the U.S. only; P.O. boxes are not eligible.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrives defective or damaged. A 25% restocking fee applies to approved returns.
